Generational differences, the need to renew rail training courses and the rise of digital solutions raise important issues that require new professional recruitment in line with today&#8217;s trends.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation of Szilvia Szab\u00f3, Head of Adult Education at M\u00c1V-REC Railway Corporation, was a great success.<\/p>\n<p>The MR Trainig Center&#8217;s online courses and trained professionals provide innovative and effective solutions, not only for the Hungarian railways, but for the whole field of corporate life in Hungary.
